The best time to see elephants in Wasgamuwa is during the Evening Safari (2:30 PM - 6:00 PM). Elephants come out of the forest to graze and drink water at the tanks.
Private Jeep hire typically ranges from LKR 9,000 to LKR 13,000 depending on the duration. Park entrance fees are separate and paid to the DWC.
